RNK Model Sludge Dewatering Unit
A new type of dewatering unit that combines a newly developed dewatering aid and NKS type sludge dewatering Press.
A combination of NKS type multi-plate screw press dewatering press and newly developed dehydration aid 「NT Powder」
The new dewatering unit 「RNK series」has achieved an amazing ultra-low water content and greatly improved the water quality of the desorbed liquid.
NT Powder is a fibrous dehydration aid derived from cellulose that can absorb not only TS and SS contained in sludge, but also oil, nitrogen, phosphorus, heavy metals, and odor components, and treat it as a sludge cake.
The equipment itself is easier to use and more compact by providing a buffer tank at the bottom of the dewatering Press.
